Standalone Batch Weighing Sytem
Objective: The client was looking for a Weighing Scale that could address multiple issues, such as:
- Accuracy in weighing actual quantity as per the recipe
- Selection of correct material to maintain the quality
- Avoiding human error
- Reduction in manpower
- Traceability of records of recipes and ingredients
- Reports for verification and future analysis
Solution: Gramton’s 6 kg, Standalone Batch Weighing System, with a platform size of 300×300 mm, report traceability and an accuracy of 0.1g, addressed the client’s requirements perfectly. Additionally, it also has a facility of label generation. Post-installation, the client is very happy with the product.

Dimensional Weighing System(DWS)
Objectives: The client wanted to address issues:
- Reducing human error in dimensional measurement to reduce material loss
- Reducing dependence on manpower
Solution: Understanding the client’s concern, Gramton suggested their Dimensional Weighing System (DWS) as a solution. Due to automatic, precision measurement for objects, including those of irregular shapes, the issue of human error in measurement was completely eliminated. This also ensured high measurement accuracy of the consignment, thus avoiding a loss of revenue. As this product is a mini-computer, capable of saving data up to 10 lakh transactions in Excel/PDF format, there is no need for a dedicated computer for these activities. Being user-friendly, it requires just one person to perform the activity, thus saving on manpower costs. Since the product presented a perfect fit that addressed all their requirements, the client was delighted with the product.

Advanced Counting Scale
Objectives: The client wanted to address following issues:
- To achieve accurate counting of large numbers of different types of spares
- To control the mismatch of the number & type of spares
Solution: Post discussion with the client, Gramton recommended its Advanced Counting Weighing Scale as the right product to address the client’s challenges. After installation, not only did the Advanced Counting Weighing Scale eliminate the challenges faced in parts counting and weighing, but crucially, its data storage facility also helped the client maintain a tight control on their inventory. Besides, it also helped maintain strict quality control by highlighting non-conforming items and preventing them from further use. The client was all praise for Gramton’s Advanced Counting Weighing Scale.
